When moving to a new house there are so many essential objects that you need to buy in order to be able to live there, that the curtains are probably somewhere at the end of the list, if they are on the list at all. But make no mistake, curtains have very important functions in our homes: whey keep prying eyes out of your personal space, they block sunbeams making your room a veritable sauna, they stop flies and other flying insects coming in through the open window and last but not as a negligible fact: they give your home a nice, cozy appearance, a familiar look that says "somebody lives and loves and is happy here".
Decorating our kids rooms brings out the creativity in all of us. Part of why we enjoy it so much is the freedom it allows us to combine bright and bold colours to make our childrens rooms as homely as possible. However while we are looking for creative ways to design our kids bedrooms, we must not lose sight of their comfort as the number one priority. With this in mind, I will recommend two cost-effective types of curtains that will keep your childrens rooms warm and cosy - and you will not have to sacrifice style.
